Do you negotiate on your terms?

What is the exclusivity period on the exclusive search model?
4 Weeks
What do you mean by Exclusivity?
Exclusivity means we are the only agency to work on the assignment. If your internal HR or TA wants to source for it also its fine.
What do you charge your fee on?
We charge on the Guaranteed First year Remuneration of the candidate
How do i know you will spend enough time on my assignment?
We are not a volume based recruitment agency cv churning business and we only work with a small number of clients at any point in time.
What are your Payment terms?
Invoices are payable within 30 days from the first day the candidate starts with you
What is your 12 weeks guarantee?
12 week rebate is as follows;
0-4 weeks - 100%
5-9 weeks - 50%
10-12 weeks - 25%
