Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the commissioning and operation of electrolysis systems, conducting testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to ensure high-quality hydrogen production.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives for green hydrogen production.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and documentation for the safe and efficient operation of electrolysis systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging electrolyser technologies, best practices, and advancements in green hydrogen production, providing recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in electrolysis technologies are a plus.
  • Proven experience in the design, installation, and operation of electrolysis systems, preferably within the field of green hydrogen production.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrolysis technologies, including PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) and alkaline electrolysis, as well as relevant electrical and control systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to drive and implement technological advancements in green hydrogen production.
